We provide you with qualified support personnel who will record, track, and resolve your issue in a timely manner. Each email will be assigned a case number that can be used for tracking purposes until the issue has been resolved. Our typical response time for initial support requests is within the first 24 hours.
Your account manager will contact you before your maintenance expiration. Our Portal licenses have maintenance included for the first year after purchase. Maintenance renewal for perpetual licenses is renewable each year.
InterWorks accepts payment via EFT, credit card, PO, and check. We recommend renewing 30 days prior to expiration to avoid any lapse in service.
Portals for Tableau licenses will not be valid for version updates or support if the maintenance period has lapsed and is no longer active.
